Charity Begins In Dronfield

Two stages, four charities and plenty of talented acts. That’s what’s in store at this summer’s 14th Dronfield Charity Music Festival!

Taking place at Carr Lane Recreational Ground, the main stage will see headliners Firecracker and GONZO, in addition to the likes of Gary J Armstrong, Lazy Little Spaces and The Isabellas – while the acoustic stage will host acts such as Damon Downs, Whiskey Bob Shaker and Rob Sinclair, to name but a few.

In addition to the music there’s a host of stalls and activities including a fully licensed bar, traditional pancake stand, cake stalls and tombola. For donations, people can have their hair cut by one of the area’s top stylists, Nick Ward from Harleys in Chesterfield, relax with a massage, or have their future told by Sue the Clairvoyant. There’s also plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained – including a themed treasure trail, a bouncy castle and giant slide, games, face painting and Messy Inspirations who provide craft and children’s activities.

Catch it on August 11. Ticket prices vary, visit their website for more information.
