Antiques Quarter Vintage Christmas Market

Head to the Abbeydale Picture House on 7 December 2014 for the Antiques Quarter Sheffield 2014 Vintage and Christmas Market.

With over fifty stalls of retro, vintage, re-claimed & re-worked clothes, antiques, salvage wares and artisan food, this year promises to be the best and biggest vintage Christmas market in the Antiques Quarter yet. Including a 'Through The Decades' fashion show featuring local fashionistas and an extended feature of vintage wedding dresses and independent upcyclers and makers, the show will seat 60 people with the price included in your £1 entrance to the market. It will begin at 12pm-1.30pm.

Purdys-Hair will be glamming things up with make-up and hair and King Biscuit Time will provide the vinyl soundtrack, as well as there being live music all day from Ric from The Rude Shipyard as well as other live acts.

Heading up the Sheffield independent food and drink scene with mulled wine and a huge variety of bottled beers will be Hop Hideout with their pop up bar and shop. Nether Edge Pizza Company will be offering hot spiced soup and roasted chestnuts on top of other culinary delights and Jameson's Cafe & Tea Rooms will be providing refreshments among others.

And if that doesn't get you into the festive spirit there will be a Santa's Grotto run by Sheffield RAG (Raise & Give) in aid of the Sheffield Children's Hospital Charity as well as Christmas trees and festive wreaths.
