Alphabetti Spaghetti! Exposed's dizzying A-Z challenge

It’s long been one of Exposed’s favourite reads – offering a thrilling depiction of the Steel City and not too many big words – so we’re really excited about Mercury Taxis' adaptation of the Sheffield A-Z!

For one crazy week, Exposed Editor Carl will be scooted by a succession of Mercury cabbies as he attempts to visit an A-Z of the Steel City starting this Saturday. That’s 26 places, people, events and city locations to tick off in alphabetical order from Attercliffe's Arena to  …. Well, that’s where you come in!

You see, you’re going to plan Carlito’s Way. We’ll be crowdsourcing ideas for our Ed’s tour via Facebook, Twitter and right here on the Exposed website. So if you’ve got any great ideas (especially for 'Z', which we're really struggling with) let us know in the comments below!

There’ll be interviews, snaps, prizes and surprises as Carl blogs his progress plus hook-ups with chums including April’s In Session Stars The Payroll Union. We caught up Carl for some knowledge to ask him what part of the trip he was most excited about. “Well it’s Burly Q’s third birthday so I’m looking forward to that one. And I’ve heard talk of a visit to Corporation, which should wake me up if I’m flagging. I’d be amazed if it pans out as we intend though! I could end up on a slow boat to China…”

Mercury Taxis serve the city of Sheffield with over 375 fully licensed vehicles – including 5-16 seater mini buses and wheelchair access vehicles. Book your taxi with them by calling 0114  266 2662 or visit the Mercury Taxis website here.
