All you can Tweet! Our Silversmiths takeover, digested

We're stuffed!
Our twenty four hours under the wing of Silversmiths restaurant for their Twitter Takeover last week left us full to the gills with foodie knowledge and smarts – as well as a selection of tasty dishes from their brand new menu.
Starting the day with a visit to suppliers Whirlow Hall Farm to check out their caulis, avoid being stung by their very own bees and resist the urge to adopt one of their super cute piglets, we had lunch with Chefs Lee and Simon before reporting live from the first service of their brand new menu, featuring the likes of Venison Brisket, Hoggett Pie and their amazing potato and cheese Pan Hegarty (which we even got the recipe for)!
By the end of the day we felt like a part of the family despite the terrifically fast pace set by Silversmith's guru Justin.
