PackTHC is a real US business with published prices, written shipping and return policies, a working phone line and an in-house label printing service. It is a good fit for dispensaries, pre-roll brands and small co-packers that buy stock packaging by the case. There are a few things you should ask before placing a large order, and we cover those below.
We went through the site, the policies and the product catalog the way a dispensary buyer would before handing over a company card. Here is what we found.
What PackTHC sells
PackTHC is a wholesale supplier of cannabis packaging and dispensary supplies. The catalog is broad. It covers pop top vials from 6 to 90 dram, pre-roll tubes in 78mm, 90mm, 98mm, 108mm and 116mm lengths, 120mm pre-roll jars, mylar bags from 1 gram to 1 ounce, glass and plastic jars, and 5ml, 7ml and 9ml concentrate jars.
It also stocks the Chubby Gorilla range (Spiral, Aviator and Unicorn bottles) and dual-compartment pouch containers. Display boxes, thermal receipt paper and dispensary gloves in vinyl, latex and nitrile are in the catalog too. On the pre-roll side there are bulk cones from Raw, Elements, Futurola, Hara Supply and Hempire.
For a dispensary, that means one supplier can cover flower, pre-rolls, concentrates and the back-office consumables. Fewer vendors means fewer invoices and fewer shipments to chase.
The legitimacy check
When people ask whether a packaging supplier is legit, they usually mean two things. Will the order arrive? And will the product be what the listing says? We looked for the signals that separate an established supplier from a drop-shipping storefront.
Contact details are public. PackTHC lists a US phone number, +1 (816) 722-5842, an email address ([email protected]) and customer service hours of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern. There is also a WhatsApp line for custom packaging questions.
It names its locations. The company lists New York as headquarters, with locations in Texas, Florida, Michigan and California.
Policies are written down. The shipping policy and the return policy both give specific time frames and claim windows, which we cover in detail below. Vague or missing policies are the most common red flag on low-quality supply sites. PackTHC does not have that problem.
Prices are on the page. You do not have to fill out a form to find out what a case of vials costs. That is less common in cannabis packaging than you would expect.
It has an age gate and a wholesale registration form. Visitors must confirm they are 21 or older, and businesses can register for wholesale accounts. Both are normal for a supplier that sells into the regulated cannabis market.
It has an active social presence. PackTHC runs Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest accounts and publishes buying guides on its blog, covering topics like mylar bag freshness and pre-roll packaging choices.
None of these prove quality on their own. Together, they describe a business that expects repeat customers and wants to be found.
Pricing
This is where PackTHC is strongest. At the time of writing, these are the listed case prices:
| Product | Case size | Price |
| 116mm child-resistant pop top pre-roll tube | 1,000 | $69.00 |
| 6 dram child-resistant pop top vial | 600 | $45.50 |
| 30 dram pop top vial (1/4 oz) | 160 | $32.00 |
| 60 dram pop top vial (1/2 oz) | 75 | $31.95 |
| 1 oz black mylar bag | 100 | $32.00 |
| 1/2 oz white mylar bag | 100 | $19.00 |
| 1 gram mylar bag | 100 | $14.99 |
That works out to about 7 cents per pre-roll tube and under 8 cents per 6 dram vial. For a shop restocking every couple of weeks, those numbers are easy to plan around.
PackTHC also advertises a price match guarantee. If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere, it says it will do its best to match the price. Newsletter subscribers get 10% off the first order.
Custom labels and in-house finishing
Many stock packaging suppliers stop at the product. PackTHC also prints and applies custom labels in-house on mylar bags, pop top vials and pre-roll tubes. The process runs in four steps: you share artwork, confirm the size, PackTHC prints the labels, then applies them and checks placement and alignment before the order ships.
For a smaller brand, this solves a real problem. The usual alternative is buying blank packaging from one company, labels from a printer, and then paying staff to apply them. Custom work is quoted through a request form on the site.
Shipping and returns
According to PackTHC’s shipping policy, most orders ship within 2 to 3 business days. A banner on the site currently says processing may take 3 to 4 business days because of order volume, so plan for the longer window. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business day.
PackTHC ships to all 50 states, with economy, ground and expedited options at checkout. You get a tracking number by email when the order ships. If something arrives damaged or goes missing, you have 7 days from delivery to file a claim by email with your order number.
The return policy gives you 30 days from receipt to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Custom orders and sale items cannot be returned. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
The 7-day damage window is short. Open and inspect boxes the day they arrive.
The sample kit
PackTHC’s homepage advertises a sample kit that covers pop top vials, pre-roll tubes, mylar bags, jars, concentrate containers and Chubby Gorilla bottles. You pay $19.99 for shipping, and the company says it will credit that amount back as store credit on your first bulk order.
We would use it. Feeling a closure in your hand tells you more than any product photo, especially for pop tops, where the force needed to open the cap varies between suppliers.
What we would ask before a large order
No supplier review is complete without the gaps.
PackTHC labels many products as child-resistant, but the product pages we checked do not name the test standard behind the claim. In the US, child-resistant packaging is tested under the Consumer Product Safety Commission protocol in 16 CFR 1700.20. Before you buy thousands of units for regulated retail, ask PackTHC for the certification or test report for the exact SKU. Any reputable supplier should be able to send it, and your state regulator may ask you for it.
The about page also does not give a founding year or street addresses for each location. That is common for younger suppliers, but if it matters to your procurement team, ask on the phone.
Finally, check your own state’s rules. Some states require opaque packaging or exit bags for certain products, and a clear vial that passes in one state may need an extra layer in another.
Who PackTHC is best for
PackTHC fits buyers who want stock packaging at published prices with quick dispatch. That includes single and multi-location dispensaries, pre-roll manufacturers buying tubes and cones in bulk, and co-packers who need labels applied before the product reaches the shelf.
It is a weaker fit if you need fully custom-molded packaging or printed boxes designed from scratch. Those projects are better handled by a dedicated custom packaging studio.
Verdict
PackTHC is a legitimate US wholesale cannabis packaging supplier. The prices are public and competitive, the policies are specific, and the in-house labeling saves smaller brands a second vendor. Order the sample kit, ask for child-resistant test reports on the SKUs you plan to stock, and inspect deliveries on arrival. If those check out, it is an easy supplier to recommend.
