'Dramlines' - Drinking Songs at The Rude Shipyard
19th Sep 2012
Barnacled baristas The Rude Shipyard arrrrr - sorry - 'are' back with a dram...
The Abbeydale Road coffee shop present their third whiskey-based music night on Saturday 20th October, featuring their largest selection of drams yet.
There's eight speciality single malts for guests to try, all accompanied by music from zydefolk stars Buffalo Skinners and fingerpickin' good Golden Geoffrey. There's also a bottle of single malt to be won in the Drams & Drinking Songs open mic, which sounds like it'll raise a few jolly rogers. Plus The Rude Shipyard's menu of hearty stews, a guiness cake and shipyard-style bar snacks. The mooring wrench shaped ginger nuts are our faves.
Whisky tickets (including four fine drams) are £17.50 while tickets to the bands and vibes are £2.50. Stagger here for info.
