Noel Revs Up
24th Jan 2012
Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds already have a platinum selling album under their belt, as well as an arena tour on the horizon. Not bad for a band that’s barely been around a year.
They hit the Motorpoint Arena on February 19 – but what makes the show extra spicy is the added ingredient of Reverend and The Makers.
The Sheffield collective, spearheaded by Jon McClure, are currently putting the finishing touches to their latest long-player under the watchful eyes of Jason Cox and James Dring (Gorrrilaz, Good the Bad & the Queen) and Youth (The Verve, U2).
Jon's also added to the ranks by recruiting the services of Ryan Jenkinson (This Girl) on drums and Joe Carnall (The Book Club) on bass.
Expect the album to surface in time for the summer and be sure to grab the first single for FREE from here in the not too distant.
