Planet Zogg has teamed up with renowned Sheffield artist Jim Connelly to celebrate a decade of cosmic parties at Plug on the September 10.

The Zogg crew loved Jim’s epic “Terror at Tinsley Towers” depiction of the legendary cooling towers being attacked by UFOs and kindly Jim agreed that the Sci-Fi/Sheffield mix would be ideal to promote their landmark party.

Planet Zogg launched in September 2000 and has journeyed through eight venues and over a hundred parties with its unique blend of psychedelic techno, with a dash of breaks for good measure, and lots and lots of UV madness. Dil & Greg, Zogg’s residents and promoters, have played all over the world and launched their own record label - but are happiest spreading the word of Zogg to their Sheffield regulars who have kept the party going pretty much every month for ten years.

The mega tenth birthday all nighter features old faves Beamish, Oberon and Nuw Idol plus a Zogg debut from psy-breaks live act Mood Deluxe and all the regular Zogg residents, intergalactic visuals aplenty and Zoggers old and new. As the flyers used to say... RESISTANCE IS FUTILE!
