Sheffield Youth Orchestra
22nd Sep 2012 3:00pm
Sheffield City Hall is 80! An impressive achievement considering it still bears the shrapnel scares from World War Two bomb attacks. To celebrate this momentous occasion, City Hall are putting on a months worth of events. On the big day (22nd), blow out the candles with the staff and share in some birthday cake before being treated to a unique performance by the Sheffield Youth Orchestra, who will be exploring the music of composers such as Sir William Walton and Ralph Vaughn Williams. A rare chance to share in a little piece of Sheffield history.
Head to the City Hall wesbite for full program information and online tickets.
