Spring is nearly upon us and with that comes Nourish’s new spring menu packed with this season’s freshest and healthiest ingredients. Their salads have had a bit of a makeover with exciting bold flavours and textures from newcomers such as rhubarb, buckwheat, roast cauliflower and courgette noodles. The Duck ‘Bang Bang’ salad containing cold duck with rice noodles, almond ginger dressing, green beans and bok choy is definitely not one to miss.
You can see that their menu has been given an exotic twist with influences from North Africa to the Far East. The revamp to their hot dishes section includes chicken and red pepper tagine and beef rendang which uses warming spices such as rose petal harissa, Malay spices and Indonesian herbs.
There are now additional toppings and fillings for their classic baked sweet potatoes and wraps and their desserts menu has expanded which is always a plus! Mango and coconut panna cotta, chocolate avocado mousse and Yorkshire rhubarb crumble – sweat treats without the sugar and without the guilt.
They also deliver to local offices and businesses, and cater for corporate meetings and events.
Nourish now run a bespoke meal plan service where founder and nutritionist, David Stache carries out a full nutritional consultation with their meal plan clients, he then puts a tailored nutrition plan together for that client based upon their personal health, fitness or weight-loss goals. The meals are then prepared by Nourish chefs, and picked up by the client.
